Accessibility Statement

Carro aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where feasible. We use WCAG as our practical standard for accessible design, development, and testing across public pages, shopper checkout flows, and authenticated retailer tools.

• Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and link text for public pages and key product flows.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states for interactive controls.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast for text, controls, and status messaging.
• Provide descriptive text for important images, icons, actions, errors, and payment/receipt states.
• Test key surfaces with automated checks, browser inspection, and manual review as part of compliance work.
• Avoid relying on accessibility overlay widgets as a substitute for code-level accessibility improvements.

Carro is still being actively developed. Some areas, especially camera-based QR scanning, third-party payment elements, uploaded retailer/product images, generated PDFs, or third-party embedded services, may have limitations outside our full control or may require additional testing on specific devices and assistive technology combinations.

We will continue reviewing and improving accessibility as product features mature.

We will review accessibility feedback and use it to prioritize fixes. If you need information in another format, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide it.
